Terms & Conditions
Logan LLC. sets forth the following legally binding Terms & Conditions for all Applicants. By initiating contact, you agree to be bound by these provisions in their entirety.
1. Eligibility
Applicants must be legally single, age 25 or older, and capable of entering consensual interpersonal relationships. Applicants must not be involved in unresolved legal disputes or financial insolvency proceedings that materially impair their ability to engage responsibly.
2. Application Process
Applications are accepted via email or voicemail. Text messages may be disregarded at Logan LLC.’s sole discretion. Voicemails exceeding three minutes may not be reviewed. Multiple applications within a seven-day period may result in reduced consideration.
3. Communication
Logan LLC. may screen calls, delay responses, or decline to respond without explanation. Applicants are encouraged to leave clear voicemails. Failure to articulate purpose may result in disqualification.
4. Conduct Standards
Applicants shall maintain reasonable standards of behavior. Examples include punctuality, accuracy in representations, and consistent follow-through. Repeated failures to meet reasonable expectations may result in termination of consideration.
5. Confidentiality
All Applicant submissions may be stored for internal review. Logan LLC. will not intentionally disclose Applicant information except as legally required. Applicants are advised not to transmit sensitive government identifiers.
6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved under Nebraska law, venue in Douglas County courts. Arbitration is not provided. Applicants waive any right to trial by jury regarding application outcomes.
7. Termination
Logan LLC. may terminate consideration at any stage for any reason. Applicants terminated from consideration are barred from reapplication for a minimum of 90 days, unless expressly invited to reapply.
8. Miscellaneous
If any provision herein is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective. These Terms represent the entire agreement between Logan LLC. and the Applicant.
